Caprice earned her real estate license in 1989 and helped to open Busy Bee Realty with her mother, Billie Briski. Together they built Busy Bee Realty into the welcoming and professional business that it is today. Caprice and Billie shared management duties, until Billie’s retirement in 2010. Caprice managed the office while listing and selling full time and worked very hard to make sure that the business continued providing excellent service. Billie passed away from cancer in 2022, Caprice along with her agents continues to run Busy Bee Realty making sure the service she and her agents provide honors her mom's legacy.  Caprice takes pride in the community her family has been raised in for generations and loves to share the area with her clients. OUR CLEANING PROCESS:  vacuuming, pre-spraying, hot water extraction with a powerful truck mount machine, special attention to trouble areas with a hand tool and spotting agents, post spraying with deodorizer and fiber conditioner and final grooming.  

WATER MITIGATION:  24 hour emergency response, rapid structural drying, faster dry out and less inconvenience.  We work with all insurance companies and provide complete documentation.  

MOLD REMEDIATION:  inspection, complete scope of work order, containment, remediation, post testing.

From capturing authentic, high-quality photos to building clean, effective websites and developing engaging digital content, my goal is to support small businesses in showing up confidently—both online and in our community. You may recognize my work with Two Chicks Farm, LLC, Pig Luv Co, and HorseSpeak. My contributions range from photography, web design, and digital content creation—with HorseSpeak utilizing the photos and videos I’ve created for them.
